Each Instrument, whether a guage, tachometer or speedometer, can be connected directly to the bus network without using a costly external instrument controller or "Gateway" (Eg.: Another device such as a tachometer, speedometer or separate display, that provides the interface to the bus network for the other instruments).
Of particular note, gauges can now operate in the bus network on their own. And, the system can be run in series or parallel, depending on the application. |
